The teaching material for the "Generation Instagram" offers an experience- and competence-oriented approach to acrobatics - alone, with partners and in groups. Young experts with very different focuses combine new trends such as aerial yoga and acro yoga with solid basics from artistry and gymnastics. At the same time, a team of schoolgirls experimented with acrobatic elements inspired by Instagram, Pinterest and other digital environments. The resulting teaching material is totally visual and super-simple - each figure is shown in detail with row pictures.
