The teaching material for the "Generation Instagram" offers an experience- and competence-oriented approach to acrobatics - alone, with partners and in groups. There is no need to show them - the practical station cards with row pictures and simple instructions explain to the pupils quite independently what to do.
As an orientation for the level of demands we use colours - like on the ski slope in blue - red - black. The well-known "Flämmli" also show whether the focus in a stunt is more on mobility, coordination or strength.
